Shanghai Pudong New District Released Incentive Policies of Equity Investment

It was reported that the Implementing Measures of Pudong New District for Promoting the Development of Equity Investment Enterprises and Equity Investment Management Enterprises jointly formulated by the Finance Office and Finance Bureau of Pudong New District has been officially released, which is aimed to promote the development of equity investment enterprises and equity investment management enterprises in Pudong New District. The policy specially focuses on the registered equity investment enterprises and equity investment management enterprises in Pudong, except that the newly established equity investment enterprises can enjoy the new district's one-time reward as high as RMB15m, there are also a series of reward and subsidy policies specially for enterprises and senior managements themselves. In addition, encouraging institutions to invest in key development industries in the New District is also another highlight of policies, for example, equity investment agencies investing in the enterprises under the category of encouragement investment industries issued by the New District or other emerging industry projects encouraged to develop by the New District.
